工作职责:
1. 管理并拓展所负责的客户账户,推动公司产品和服务的销售;
2. 开展市场调研,制定业务方案,支持客户项目的落地与业务渗透;
3. 向客户提供产品信息、演示及报价,建立长期合作关系;
4. 负责完成个人销售目标,提升客户满意度,推动市场份额增长;
5. 收集和分析市场与客户信息,用于预测和支持业务决策;
6. 跨部门协作,确保销售活动符合公司业务及合规要求;
7. 识别并把握客户潜在的新业务机会,支持现有及未来产品的发展;
8. 完成上级主管安排的其他相关工作
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限,市场营销、管理、计算机或工程类相关专业优先;
2. 具备较强的学习能力和团队合作精神,积极主动,结果导向;
3. 良好的中英文沟通及表达能力,能够适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境;
4. 熟悉常用办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint),熟悉Salesforce等工具者优先;
5. 具有学生会、社团或团队项目经验者优先;
6. 能参与6个月及以上实习(每周3天以上)者优先。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and expand assigned customer accounts to drive sales of company products and services.
2. Conduct market research and prepare business proposals to support customer engagement and business growth.
3. Provide product information, demonstrations, and quotations to customers, and build long-term partnerships.
4. Achieve individual sales targets while increasing customer satisfaction and market share.
5. Collect and analyze market and customer information for forecasting and business decision-making.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales activities comply with business and legal requirements.
7. Identify and capture new business opportunities within assigned accounts for current and future products.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any major; Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering-related fields are preferred.
2. Strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
3. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; ability to adapt to a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
5. Leadership or project experience in student organizations is preferred.
6. Availability for internships of 6 months or longer (at least 3 working days per week) is preferred.
