工作职责：
1. 负责自动化设备/系统与AI技术的融合与开发，应用机器学习构建智能制造系统，实现多设备协同与智能调度；
2. 参与AI模型（如深度学习、强化学习）的实施工作，包括需求分析、模型选择、算法部署与调试；
3. 与机械、软件团队协作，推动AI+自动化解决方案的测试、上线及维护，解决现场技术问题；

5. 支持相关技术文档和项目报告的撰写，协助知识沉淀与成果推广。

职位要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，电子信息工程、计算机科学或相关专业；
2. 熟悉AI技术，掌握常用的机器学习/深度学习框架，能够独立完成模型训练与部署；
3. 精通Python/C++等编程语言，有机器视觉项目经验（如OpenCV应用）者优先；
4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题分析能力；
5. 具备良好的英文写作、口语和展示能力。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the integration and development of automation equipment/systems with AI technologies, leveraging machine learning to build intelligent manufacturing systems enabling device collaboration and smart scheduling.
2. Participate in the implementation of AI models (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning) in automation scenarios, including requirements analysis, model selection, algorithm deployment, and debugging.
3. Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to drive the testing, launch, and maintenance of AI + automation solutions, and resolve on-site technical issues.
4. Keep up with the latest technologies in automation and AI (e.g., industrial large models, edge AI) and explore their potential applications in business scenarios.
5. Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and project reports to support knowledge sharing and solution deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Master’s degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with AI technologies and hands-on experience in machine learning/deep learning frameworks, capable of independently completing model training and deployment.
3. Proficiency in Python/C++ programming, with project experience in machine vision (e.g., OpenCV applications) preferred.
4. Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
