岗位职责：
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and continuous optimisation of systems supporting the school’s sports and activities programme, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and operational workflows.


Manage data integrity across sports and activities platforms, including data cleansing, standardisation, and new data entry, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting and planning.


Oversee digital inventory systems for sports equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance records, and availability of resources through data-driven monitoring.


Support the rollout of new systems and process improvements by coordinating data migration, user setup, and operational testing to ensure smooth system adoption.

Person Specification

Essential Requirements
Experience:1+ years in sports/education support roles.
Background in coordinating events or team activities.

Skills:
Proficiency in Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong planning, organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to details
Excellent communication (English required,)
