招聘部实习生（150元/天，每周保证4天在岗）
岗位职责:
1、协助招聘部门招聘工作，包括办公室内招聘和外派项目驻点招聘服务；
2、收集整理招聘需求，确定招聘流程，利用各种渠道发布招聘信息，组织实施招聘，甄选、邀约、协调面试官面试、制作招聘面试过程列表；
3、候选人跟进及协调组织新员工入职引导等工作；
4、定期制作招聘相关周报、月报；
5、客户情况反馈；
6、领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格:
1、大学学历，人力资源、法律、工商管理、物流管理等相关专业背景优先；
2、热爱招聘工作，性格外向、表达能力好、思维逻辑清晰、善于思考，有较强上进心、抗压力强、执行力和学习能力；
3、良好的数据报表制作能力、公文写作能力，精通excel表格（熟悉公式操作、vlooku、透视表等）；
4、良好的服从性，工作严谨、有耐心，积极主动、吃苦耐劳，有较强的服务意识和责任感；
5、性格外向，沟通能力强，具备一定组织协调能力；
6、能适应外派客户项目驻点招聘服务工作！

工作地点1：黄浦区淮海中路（近地铁14号线、8号线大世界站3号口）
