岗位职责
1.协助完成微信、微博、抖音、小红书等平台的日常内容策划、编制撰写与发布执行；
2.深度研究05 后群体喜好、网络热梗、审美趋势与消费心理，输出贴合圈层的内容策略；
3.参与账号定位、选题规划、脚本创作，产出图文、短视频、话题互动内容；
4.协助完成内容数据复盘，分析阅读、互动、转化效果，持续优化内容方向；
5.配合团队完成热点借势、节点营销、品牌活动等内容支持工作；

任职要求
1.熟悉微信公众号、微博、抖音、小红书平台规则与内容生态，有个人运营经验优先；有基础内容策划思维，会做选题、写脚本、简单排版与素材整理；
2.精准懂Z世代：网感强、追梗快、审美在线，能精准捕捉 Z 世代偏好与沟通语境；
3.具备优秀图文视频编辑能力，可驾驭年轻化、趣味化、圈层化表达风格；
4.做事细心、执行力强、脑洞大、抗压能力好，能快速响应需求；
5.专业不限，广告、新闻、中文、新媒体、市场营销相关专业优先。
