Activities:

-Inspection coordination support:

Act as inspection coordinator to liaise with HQ and Third-Party ；Inspection Agencies to allocate appropriate inspectors for on-site inspections；
Support to manage the inspector pool；
Review the inspection reports；
Performance review of inspectors and inspection company.

-Technical support:

Support to update SSC database to OA;
Review of SSC database, keep it updated;
Alignment of qualification scope of the vendors;
Keep SSC SharePoint up to date according to the daily business.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Statistics, Economics, Business management, computer science or similar fields. (Any major with strong interest in the energy industry are all welcomed.)
Fluent in written and oral English.
Ownership of tasks with a mission-focused approach
Great multitasking and execution abilities under pressure
Comfortable working with data, reporting information tools and technologies
Energetic, proactive of attitude, having good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
