1、职位描述：
- 负责社招组日常工作，协助招聘工作，包括简历筛选，初步电话沟通；
- 准备社招组面试材料，接待面试，并收集面试反馈等；
- 其他人力资源相关工作。

2、工作职责：
- 本科或研究生在读；
- 熟练运用Office办公软件；
- 具有良好的团队合作意识，客户服务意识及沟通技能；
