Job Responsibilities:
Schematic Design:
o Define module partitioning and interfaces under mentorship, produce schematics, and join design reviews.
o Perform component selection and derating calculations per automotive requirements; maintain the BOM and alternates list.
o Prepare design calculation notes for key circuits (power, drivers, protections, sensor front ends) and worst-case analysis to ensure margins and reliability.
o Specify layout/EMC constraints (return paths, plane splits/grounding, filtering, TVS selection).
o Maintain design documentation and change records

Circuit Simulation
o Use PSpice/LTspice to simulate power startup, transients, load steps, and surge scenarios, then propose optimizations.
o Analyze stability and loop compensation for driver/protection circuits (Bode plots, phase/gain margins).
o Model EMC sensitive nodes and evaluate filter networks (common/differential mode paths).

Hardware Testing:
o Assist in prototype bring up and functional validation; perform bench tests with oscilloscope.
o Execute power and thermal tests (efficiency, ripple, transient response, temperature rise/hotspot) and propose corrective actions.
o Author test plans, cases, and reports; track defects.
Job Requirements:
· Education background: Master degree in Electrical Engineering
· Professional Skill：
Proficient in using electronic testing instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes;
Proficient in using EDA software for drawing schematics, such as Cadence/Altium Designer/KiCad.
Proficient on Soldering electronic components such as small size SMD (0402)
· Language Skill：Chinese & English
· Computer Skill： Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word); at least one EDA Software experience (Cadence, Altium Designer, KiCad and etc.)
