DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
- HR Operations & Administration
1、Support new hire onboarding, including preparing documents, conducting orientations, and guiding new employees through company policies and systems.
2、Assist with off-boarding processes, such as exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
3、Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
4、Assist with HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and personnel files.
5、Support the administration of employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
6、Prepare HR reports, and correspondence as required.

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
1、Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and shortlisting.
2、Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video to assess qualifications and interest.
3、Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4、Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using spreadsheets or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
5、Support employer branding activities on social media and campus events.

- Training, Development & Employee Engagement
1、Assist in the planning and execution of training programs, including logistics, materials, and feedback collection.
2、Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns.
3、Participate in projects related to performance management, talent development, and culture building.

- HR Business Partnering
1、Collaborate with assigned business units to understand their goals, structure, and talent needs, acting as a key HR point of contact.
2、Assist HRBPs in workforce planning, organizational design, and role clarification discussions.
3、Support change management initiatives and communicate HR policies and organizational changes to employees.
4、Help monitor key people metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement) and provide data for HRBP reviews.
5、Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help build a positive team culture within assigned departments.

- HR Projects & Other Duties
1、Contribute to HR projects such as HR system implementation, policy reviews, and process improvement.
2、Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarking.
3、Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

1、Master’s degree.
2、Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
