Brief description of the position：

EO3 is responsible for the technical project steering related matters of R&D VCTC.


Key Tasks:



Planning, operative managing and following up of whole vehicle and function related development targets: development costs and unit cost, functions, maturity releases, techniques, quality, legal requirement and environment requirements for all projects
Steering to reach R&D related project targets
Preparation decisions for committees like VCTC-PK, VCTC-PSK & VAP in alignment with R&D process partner, R&D technical departments and product management
Request and follow up of requirements to respective platforms, close collaboration with Technical Project Steering in VW group.
Definition and follow up of vehicle requirements
Ongoing brands and region overarching alignment and conflict solving within the R&D process
Define and release measures in case of target deviations
Create decisions in technical areas overarching conflicts
Announcement of risks, and realize measures for operative management
Alignment of teams/area overarching technical topics (e.g. TPB, Modulemasterliste, platform, integration of adaption content, developing carry over parts)
Represent R&D in product committees and leading technical committees (TK/TG)
Creation and tracking of the R&D development timeline for the whole vehicle with all related R&D sub-departments
Estimation, consolidation and plausibility of development costs
Tracking project development cost, AWSen, Jobsplits negotiation and facilitate to decision documents


Qualification and Skills:



Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
Vehicle professional knowledge
Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures
Good presentation and communication skills
Good skill for information sorting and analysis, good team player 公司简要介绍：

Volkswagen (Anhui) Co., Ltd. (formerly JAC Volkswagen Co., Ltd.) was established in 2017 as a joint venture between Volkswagen Group and Anhui JAC, and is Volkswagen Group's *** joint venture in China focusing on new energy vehicles.
