Principal Accountabilities
Rotation – Application:
84 Create technical proposal according to customer’s inquiry
84 Discuss effectively with customers to finalize offering
84 Closely follow the implementation of vacuum system for in-time delivery

Rotation – Marketing:
84 Follow action plan of sector drilling-down
84 Customer study – by industry chain and by region
84 Update emerging applications and technology progress

Rotation – Product:
84 Collect on-site issues due to process reasons
84 Cooperate with product manager for variant improvement
84 Support service team to propose customized service plan

Self-development for position determination:
84 Train soft skills like communication, time management and learning abilities.
84 Qualify oneself during the rotation for teamwork and order-wining mindset.
84 Explore one’s potential and make value-added contribution

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Fresh graduate within 2 years, master degree is a must, chemical related majors are preferred, e.g. chemical engineering, chemical mechanicals, material (especially polymer) engineering
61 Skills in professional software (e.g. Aspen) can be great plus.
61 Excellent communication and people skills.
61 Curious mindset and problem-solving abilities.
61 Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
61 Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
61 Able to demonstrate good organizational, time management and personal management skills - Self-reliance and ability to take initiative.
61 Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
