Over a period of 24 months, the trainee will rotate through key finance functions, gaining hands-on experience in Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Controlling (Business Partnering). Upon successful completion, the trainee will transition into a permanent role aligned with their strengths, ambitions and business needs.

【Key Responsibilities】
The trainee will gain practical experience across core finance pillars, including but not limited to:
? Financial Accounting & Reporting:
1) Be responsible for proper accounting bookings and ensure the records are reliable, in line with PRC/IFRS regulation and finance manual.
2) Ensure accurate and timely financial reports/statements and appropriate accounting control procedures.
3) Provide valuable information to management in order to improve quality and efficiency of company control.
4) Take necessary improvement measures to make the financial process more efficient and compliant.
? Financial Planning & Analysis:
1) Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing variance reports (Actual vs. Budget vs. RFCST), and building financial models to support strategic initiatives.
2) Prepare and provide on time the structural month-end closing review template and management VFO review template.
3) Lead to optimize continuously the Planning and Analysis process and templet standardization as per required.
? Controlling:
1) Proactively drive business results by providing useful analysis and impactful action plans, be business partner to the responsible business area and drive the impact.
2) Work intensively on business operation risk identification and minimize financial impacts through adequate internal control enhancement.
? Cooperate with other Finance functions like Treasury, Tax, Audit, and be involved in kinds of Finance projects.

【Qualifications】
? Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Statistics or a related field.
? Professional certification in progress (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA Level 1) is a plus.
? No more than 2 years of relevant work experience (internships in finance, audit, or banking).
? Very fluent oral English.
? Excellent presentation skills.
