核心职责 ｜ Key Responsibilities
1. 项目进度追踪 ｜ Project Tracking
协助 PMO 维护和更新项目管理工具（如里程碑计划表、Issue Log），定期跟进各业务线及职能部门的任务完成情况，并支持关键风险与依赖事项的识别。
Assist the PMO in maintaining and updating project management tools (e.g. milestone plans and issue logs), and regularly track task progress across business units and functional teams, including the identification of key risks and dependencies.
2. 数据与文档管理 ｜ Data & Document Management
协助收集、清洗及归档并购整合过程中的业务数据与合规文件；将来自不同部门的零散信息整理并汇总为结构化的 Excel 分析或 PowerPoint 汇报材料。
Support the collection, cleansing, and filing of business data and compliance documents generated during the integration process, and consolidate fragmented inputs from various teams into structured Excel analyses or PowerPoint presentations.
3. 会议支持 ｜ Meeting Support
协助安排跨部门、管理层级别的整合会议；负责编写高质量的中英文会议纪要（Meeting Minutes），并提炼关键行动项（Action Items）以支持后续跟进和闭环管理。
Assist in organizing cross functional and senior level integration meetings; prepare high quality bilingual (Chinese & English) meeting minutes and extract key action items to support follow up and closure.
4. 跨部门协作与沟通 ｜ Cross functional Coordination
协助 PMO 与 HR、IT、法务、财务及各业务团队开展日常沟通与对接，传达项目要求，收集反馈，并跟进行动项的执行情况。
Support daily coordination between the PMO and HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and business teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements, feedback collection, and follow up on agreed actions.
5. 其他临时性支持 ｜ Ad hoc Tasks
完成 PMO 或管理层交办的其他临时性项目支持工作。
Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the PMO or management related to project support.

任职要求 ｜ Qualifications
1. 学历背景 ｜ Education
本科及以上学历在读（优先考虑大三、大四或研一、研二在读），商科、管理、财务或法学相关专业背景者优先。
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above (students in their junior/senior year of graduate studies preferred), with a background in business, management, finance, or law being an advantage.
2. 语言能力 ｜ Language Skills
具备优秀的中英文听说读写能力，能够适应全英文的系统、邮件及部分会议沟通环境。
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to work in an English based system and communication environment.
3. 专业技能 ｜ Technical Skills
熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件，尤其是 Excel 和 PowerPoint，具备较强的数据处理和结构化汇报能力。
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with solid data handling and structured presentation skills.
4. 软性素质 ｜ Soft Skills
执行力强、抗压能力高，能够适应外企转型期快节奏、高复杂度的工作环境；逻辑严谨，注重细节（detail oriented）；具备高度的职业操守与保密意识。
Strong execution capability and resilience under pressure; able to operate in a fast paced, high complexity transformation environment. Highly detail oriented, with strong professional ethics and a high level of confidentiality awareness.
5. 实习时间 ｜ Availability
每周至少保证出勤 4 天，能够连续实习 12个月及以上者优先考虑。
