岗位职责：
1. 负责企业微信的日常运营，包括企业微信社群维护、用户互动、内容发布与客户服务支持。
2. 独立或协助运营小红书账号，完成内容策划、图文/短视频制作、发布及数据跟踪与优化。
3. 进行KOL（关键意见领袖）的搜寻、初步筛选、信息整理，并协助进行前期的联络与沟通。
4. 配合执行品牌线上线下活动，包括但不限于社群活动、平台合作推广等，提升用户活跃与品牌曝光。
5. 跟踪新媒体运营数据，定期整理并提交运营报告，提出优化建议。

任职要求：
1. 熟悉企业微信各项功能（如客户联系、群管理、企微朋友圈、客户标签等），有小规模社群运营或用户维护经验者优先。
2. 了解小红书平台内容生态与规则，能独立完成笔记创作与发布，有小红书账号运营或内容创作经验更佳。
3. 对社交媒体KOL有一定认知，具备基础的信息搜集与沟通能力，有相关资源积累或联络经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的文字表达、审美和基础数据处理能力，能熟练使用常见办公软件及图文编辑工具。
5. 工作积极主动，认真负责，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，每周至少实习3天，持续到11月中旬为佳。 公司简要介绍：
