As an Early Career Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for the end-to-end execution of our early talent initiatives. You will act as a bridge between the company and top-tier universities, shaping the future of our workforce by identifying and attracting the next generation of leaders through our Internship and Management Trainee programs. Main responsibilities:
End-to-End Campus Recruitment Execution
- Program Ownership: Lead the full-cycle recruitment for internship programs and flagship Management Trainee Program schemes, from initial sourcing to final offer closing.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential students, utilizing social media, niche talent communities, and campus referral networks.
- Assessment & Selection: Implement robust assessment frameworks, including online tests, interviews, and high-volume Assessment Centers (ACs) to ensure candidate quality and cultural fit.
University Relations & Employer Branding
- Strategic Partnerships: Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with university career offices, student unions, and key professors at target institutions.
- Event Management: Plan and execute a diverse range of on-campus activations, including career fairs, technical talks, hackathons, and executive guest lectures, both virtually and in-person.
- Campus Ambassador Program: Drive the strategy for our Campus Ambassador Program, leveraging student advocates to amplify our employer brand and build a year-round talent pipeline.
Stakeholder Management & COE Collaboration
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers; consult on JD creation, profile calibration, and selection criteria.
- Global Alignment: Partner closely with the Global Early Career COE to localize global frameworks, implement standard policies, and ensure consistency in branding and global program delivery.
- Data-Driven Insights: Maintain detailed recruitment dashboards (ATS/Excel). Provide regular updates on hiring progress, conversion funnel analysis, and quality of hire metrics to drive data-backed decision-making.
Process Optimization
- Candidate Experience: Proactively identify process bottlenecks and engage with candidates to enhance the overall candidate journey, ensuring a premium experience for every applicant.
- Continuous Improvement: Streamline recruitment workflows to increase operational efficiency and ensure 100% compliance with global hiring standards and data privacy regulations.



About you
Experience: experience in recruitment. Prior experience in campus recruitment, Management Trainee program execution, and organizing large-scale recruitment events or high-volume hiring projects is highly preferred.
Soft and technical skills:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Fluency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data reporting and PowerPoint for presentations). Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Ajinga, Tupu, Moka).
- A proactive "Can-do" attitude with a high degree of resilience and adaptability.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport across diverse groups of stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Languages: Mandarin, English as working language
