【岗位职责】
1.熟悉主流AI大模型与AI工具，负责公司AI场景落地实施与持续优化，推动AI能力在业务中的高效集成与价值转化。
2. 对接公司各业务系统和业务团队，深入理解需求，输出可执行方案。
3. 完成AI工具选型、对接、调试与优化，保障稳定使用与效果迭代。
4. 制定内部培训与SOP，推动团队AI工具使用，提升整体运行效率。
5. 关注人工智能领域的前沿技术发展以及生物医药行业的智能化趋势，持续探索和优化AI落地应用。
【任职要求】
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学科学等相关专业。
2. 熟悉AI大模型、办公/自动化AI等工具，主导过2个以上完整AI应用场景落地的项目经验。
3. 了解生物医药行业优先，懂业务场景需求。
4. 能独立推进AI项目落地，具备优秀的沟通协作能力、学习能力和项目推动执行力。
