Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.

● Unlock N possibilities: Within 12 months, deeply understand the entire operation process of MNS low-voltage switch cabinets, go through several rotations, fully participate in project bidding, engineering design, intelligent manufacturing, quality management, and verify your interest direction through real projects. Reject "assembly-line" growth.
● Double experience bonus: Senior mentors provide 1v1 coaching, and regularly drop "career secrets" - from technical difficulties to cross-departmental communication strategies. Provide all-round support to accelerate growth and help you become an industry expert.

Qualifications for the role

● Electrical major, with no more than 2 years of working experience.
● Possess good communication skills and be able to confidently use English to speak on the microphone.
