Responsibilities
1.Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat
2.Primary customer interface to coordinate customer requirement to lab operations
3.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide friendly and professional pre-sale and post-sales throughout order transaction
4.Handle sample registration and release of test report
5.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
7.Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
8.Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

You may require：
1.University Degree or experience in customer service field
2.Fluent in English (written and verbal)
3.Knowledge of textiles and chemistry is preferred
4.Previous customer service experience preferred
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7.Excellent problem-solving skills
8.Detail-oriented and organized
9.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
10.Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, etc
11.Good work ethic and responsibility
