Responsibilities:
? Manage project portfolio that consists primarily of Time & Material and Unit Based contracts with limited regional and service line scope.
? Assist with project set up as necessary.
? Monitor timesheet details for assigned service lines and work with BP to share with stakeholders.
? Assist on preparing raw data of Sales projection deck
? Assist on preparing raw data of monthly project analysis report
? Manage the project set up dashboard and create the basic Finance SOPs guidance.
? Assist in tracking the implementation of the budget, compare actuals with budget, and sort out details of differences.

岗位要求 Qualification：
1. 教育背景 (Education Background)：
o 在读本科或研究生，会计学、财务管理、金融学、经济学、审计学等相关专业优先。Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. Majors in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Economics, Auditing, or related fields are preferred.
o 大三或研究生阶段的学生均可 （2027年毕业）。Junior students are acceptable (graduating in 2027).
2. 基本技能 (Essential Skills:)：
o 办公软件熟练： 必须熟练掌握 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel (常用函数如 VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTable 等，数据处理、图表制作) 和 Word。 PowerPoint 也是加分项。Proficiency in Office Software: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including common functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables; data processing, chart creation) and Word. Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus.
o 基础财务知识： 了解基本的会计原理、会计科目、财务报表（资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表）构成。正在学习或已修完基础会计、财务会计等课程。Basic Financial Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental accounting principles, accounting items, and the composition of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement). Currently studying or having completed foundational courses like Principles of Accounting and Financial Accounting.
o 持有初级会计证书优先Holding a Junior Accounting Professional Certificate is preferred.
o 具有编程证书者优先。Programming certificate/certification is a plus.
3. 实习时间：
o 保证稳定的出勤： 通常要求每周能工作 3-5天 (全职实习更佳)。Guaranteed Stable Attendance: Typically requires availability to work 3-5 days per week (full-time internship preferred).
o 持续时间： 至少能连续实习 6个月 或以上，长期实习者优先。寒暑假是实习高峰期。 Duration: Must commit to a continuous internship of at least 6 months or longer. Long-term interns are prioritized. Winter and summer vacations are the peak season for internships.
