Programming背景管培生，需进行一年包装项目执行的培养，熟悉了解生产运作模式后，作为流程开发工程师，支持工厂的数据化转型。
1) Job Responsibility as an Assistant Packaging Engineer
在包装设计工程师提供的包装方案基础上，负责包装产品新模具的开发和包装结构的验证、包装资料、样板、测试及文件的准备与执行，统筹生产部门与供应商的协作，确保包装制作过程的可行性、成本控制和交付准时。
2) Job Responsibility as a Process Development Engineer
1. Manage the plants digital projects master plan with agile project management Gates and scrum spring under the basis of Initiative innovation management methodology, continually leverage resource and remove barriers and tracking progress to deliver project results and manufacturing gross productivity.
2. Governance the Plant Digital programs, Digital plant projects including data acquisition and plant data structures, IOT equipment standard, APC, SCADA, etc
3. Support to set up SCADA, MES and IIoT for the related devices, workshop and plant.
4. Establish the standard working process and current best approach for Plant Digital & Automation technical maintenance. Leverage resource to help production line change work mode to support digital transformation.
5. Drive the simplification and automation of data-based processes to improve production scheduling, order tracking, production performance data capture and dashboarding.
6. Collect, research and analyse business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.
7. Gather and analyse user/business system requirements, respond to outages and create application system models.
8. Work to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
9. Cooperate with teams to deliver manufacturing workflow project including business needs breakdown, project management and system iteration and upgrade.
10. Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability and performance.
11. Resolve technical design issues and outstanding problems.
12. Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested.
13. Provide technique and application training to technicians and key users.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Big Data Management and Application or related.
2. The experience in operations and digitalization, including SCADA, MES and IIoT is preferred.
3. Python knowledge, Basic SQL (MySQL) knowledge, Understanding of PLC communication (Siemens PLC) are preferred.
4. A strategic and analytical mindset.
5. An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills.
6. Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
