Brief description of the position: Goal of this position is to purchase the Infotainment & Sound related parts for VCTC all projects. Responsible for sourcing activities/Akeo process for switches parts, to ensure the optimal material cost for VW Anhui new and series car projects. Develop and Implement supplier strategy to ensure a stable supply chain and supplier performance including capacities in series production phase. Key Tasks:

Source and nominate qualified supplier for responsible components, incl. RFQ preparation, quotation collection, define strategy strategy, price negotiation, prepare and present supplier recommendation in decision committee.
Prepare, negotiate and implement contractual document with nominated suppliers.
Coordinate and support to solve supplier delivery/quality/capacity problem to ensure the pre-series and series production.
Define and implement sourcing and supplier strategy for responsible parts.
Conduct cost analysis and global sourcing for responsible part to ensure continuous cost optimization.
Scouting, develop and support qualified new suppliers to improve the vendor pool for continuous supplier management.
Implement the purchasing roles in change management/Aeko process.
Regularly analyze and benchmark upstream and downstream market situation, proposing better solutions to VW group by analyzing competitors and markets in region China.
Responsible for non-heavy items production readiness works from nomination to SOP+3.
Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: Bachelor or above degree (major in engineering, business / project management, economics preferred).
Knowledge, skills and others:
Basic knowledge of automotive components.
Good English communication skills in both spoken and written.
Good negotiation, organization, interpersonal communication and conflict solving skills.
Tolerant and flexible to stressed situations.
Very Conscientious, responsible and responsive working attitude.
Strong Team work spirit and customer mindset.
