■ 计划与统计方向

? 协助生产计划的编制、下发与跟踪（成型、半成品等）

? 收集、整理生产数据（产量、工时、OEE等），制作统计报表

? 协调半成品物料、代加工物料及设备维护安排

? 协助档案管理、文件分类与归档
■ 培训方向

? 协助新员工岗位培训的组织与记录

? 参与在职培训、转岗培训、多技能培训的协调工作



? 管理培训档案，制作培训计划和培训报告

? 协助参与IATF16949、HSE、CCC等内外部审核准备工

■ 综合支持方向

? 协助部门通知的下发、收集与汇总


? 协助人员考勤、劳保用品申请与发放


? 参与安全周报整理、备件报表统计


? 支持车间5S管理与持续改进活动

学历与专业

? 硕士在读

? 工业工程、管理科学、统计学、人力资源、物流管理、橡胶工程或相关专业优先
专业知识与技能

? 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT）

? 了解基础的数据统计与分析方法

? 有文档管理、培训支持或生产计划相关经验者优先

软技能

? 认真负责，有较强的沟通协调能力和执行力

? 良好的团队合作精神
