岗位职责
1. 跟踪国内外最新 AI 开源模型 / 技术动态，完成信息收集、整理与文档汇总
2. 协助完成 AI 模型下载、部署、基础运行与小范围测试
3. 按指导进行模型参数调试、简单实验与效果记录
4. 用 Python 编写测试脚本，整理实验数据，辅助模型优化与验证
5. 配合团队完成 AI 模型相关工程化辅助工作

任职要求
1. 计算机 / 人工智能 / 软件 / 自动化等相关专业，本科 / 硕士在读
2. 掌握 Python 基础编程，能看懂、修改简单代码
3. 了解深度学习基础，对大模型 / AIGC 有兴趣，愿意动手实践
4. 学习能力强、细心耐心，信息检索与整理能力好
5. 能保证稳定实习时长，可尽快到岗优先

Burton Histroy:
In 1977, Jake Burton, one of the pioneers who started snowboarding, founded the *** snowboarding company Burton and snowboarding factory in Burlington, Vermont, USA.
