因业务需要，需对现有过程控制文件进行系统性整理与转化。本岗位主要负责根据图纸号，对过程控制文件中的要求进行提取、整理，并准确录入至统一的模板中。
岗位职责
1. 根据指定图纸号对过程控制文件进行分类、整理与匹配；
2. 从原始文件中准确提取控制要求；
3. 将要求完整、准确地录入至指定的模板；
4. 对转化后的数据进行逐条自检与核对，确保无遗漏、无错误；
5. 发现问题及时反馈并按确认结果处理；
6. 按要求完成阶段性文件交付。


工作特点与要求
工作内容高度重复、规则清晰；
涉及大量数据迁移与数据核对；
准确性要求极高，禁止凭经验随意填写；
数据错误可能导致产品检验不正确并引发返工。
任职要求
1. 做事非常细心、认真、有耐心；
2. 能接受重复性工作；
3. 熟悉 Excel / Word 等办公软件；
4. 有文件整理或数据录入经验者优先；
5. 责任心强，能按要求进行自检和复核。
工作产出要求
