KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive Support
? Assist in managing line manager’s daily calendar, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
? Screen and prioritize incoming requests (calls, emails, internal requests) and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Project Coordination
? Support the execution of projects by tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
? Maintain project documentation, update trackers, and assist in preparing status reports for leadership reviews.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
? Coordinate with expense reporting, purchase orders, and vendor coordination internally and externally.
? Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Luxury Management, Communications, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English (written and spoken) – must be able to handle business correspondence and verbal communication with global stakeholders.
3. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multi-functional team, to enable the smooth and timely execution of all creative projects from concept to completion.
4. Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
5. Able to work at least 3-4 days per week.
