Key Responsibilities：
? Receive, register, and guide visitors according to internal procedures, ensuring a professional front desk presence;
? Handle incoming calls, courier services, and mail distribution
? Support daily administrative and office coordination tasks
? Assist with meeting room bookings, office supplies management, and basic documentation filing
? Provide general administrative support to the Administration Team as required
? Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area at all times


Job Requirements：
? Current university or college student, majoring in Administration, Business, English, or related fields
? Able to work until graduation, with the understanding that the internship ends upon graduation
? Basic command of spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is required
? Professional appearance, polite manner, and strong sense of responsibility
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
