Job Description:
- 协助完成公司各岗位的招聘工作，包括简历筛选、初步面试安排及候选人沟通；
- 支持招聘活动的组织与执行，协助完成招聘数据的整理与分析；
- 参与人才库维护及招聘渠道拓展，提升招聘效率与质量；
- 协助完成其他人力资源相关事务性工作，支持团队日常运作。
Requirements：
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业优先；
- 有招聘实习经验者优先，具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维；
- 英语口语流利，能进行日常交流，具备较强的英语书面表达能力；
