Working Responsibilities

? Track and control the key points of the assembly process.

? Be responsible for the preparation of drawings and technical documents to ensure their integrity.

? Work closely with the quality department to solve process issues in a timely manner and carry out continuous improvement.

? Supervise the assembly process to achieve the production target.

? Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.

? Coordinate to maintain equipment and tools.

? Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed.

? Continuously improve production performance and minimize lead time.

? Provide training for the fitters.

? Other work assigned by the superior.

? 跟踪和控制装配过程的关键点。

? 负责图纸和技术文件的编制，确保图纸和材料的完整性。

? 与质量部门密切合作，及时解决工艺问题，并进行持续改进。

? 监督装配过程以实现生产目标。

? 诊断生产线中的问题，并提供建议和培训。

? 协调维护设备和工具。

? 确保遵循质量控制程序和标准。

? 持续提高生产绩效，最大限度地缩短交货时间。

? 装配工培训。

? 上级分配的其他工作。

岗位要求：

Competency

? Graduates in 2026, bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering or Intelligent Manufacturing relevant fields.

? Proficient in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge.

? Good communication and teamwork skills, strong leadership abilities.

? Good at MS office and CAD software, familiar with ERP system.

? Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.

? 2026年毕业，本科及以上学历，机械电子工程或智能制造相关专业。

? 精通机械、电气和液压知识。

? 良好的沟通和团队合作能力。

? 较强的领导能力。

? 擅长MS office和CAD软件。

? 熟悉ERP系统。

? 良好的英语口语和书面沟通技巧。
