How you will create an impact
? Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probationary reviews, contract administration, and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
? Provide support to the talent acquisition team for early career recruitment, implement best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.
? Execute and coordinate HR initiatives, employee engagement programs to foster an inclusion organizational culture.
? Organize and host new hires' orientation.
? Be responsible for preparing the HR internal communications, including holiday announcements, wellness programs, and organizational updates to ensure consistent HR messaging across the company.
? Promote our Employer Value Proposition, amplify employment branding initiatives, and continuously elevate the end-to-end employee experience.
? Participate in Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.

What you’ll need to succeed
? Bachelor's degree
? Excellent command of English
? Strong interpersonal and communication skill
? Customer-oriented and collaborative
? Self-motivated with positive attitude
? Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
