DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the APAC Motorsports Team in a dynamic, multicultural and international environment and manage the motorsports related activities in accordance to the Company needs and the strategic guidelines defined with Pirelli.
This role is critical to ensure the timely track of rolling forecast, demand planning and logistics and inventory management, supporting the motorsports activities in APAC region.
The position is based in Shanghai.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Assist the manager with demand forecasting, order planning, usage statistics, and related expense management,
- Develop rolling forecasts for tires and consumables for upcoming events; making analysis for the YTG difference in quantity and price comparing with last version and with yearly plan.
- Manage inventory levels for assigned events and coordinate with HQ and APAC logistics to ensure stock replenishment in line with updated demand forecasts, and set appropriate safety stock levels;
- Ensure timely delivery of the required quantity of tires, including coordination of international transportation and last-mile delivery;
- Distributing and delivery planning according to stock and event remaining qty.
- Analyze yearly data and event usage, assist manager to making long term planning.
- Perform other duties as required in relation to assigned events.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
? Bachelor’s degree in planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field;
? Languages:
o Chinese: native;
o English: fluent;
? Demonstrated ability to work proactively, with a strong work ethic and resilience under pressure;
? Excellent communication skills in English, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment;
? Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, proficient in Excel, with digital literacy to leverage AI and Big Data for analysis, sustainability initiatives, and innovation models;
? Willingness to undertake business travel and possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
