工作职责：
1. 基层培养： 入职后将进入集团系统性校招培养计划，深入一线生产部门，全面了解公司运营与业务流程。
2. 项目实践与领导： 在轮岗期间，有机会作为核心成员，参与关键跨部门实战项目，解决实际业务挑战，快速积累管理经验。
3. 高管对话与辅导： 公司将安排定期与集团高层管理者的对话、研讨会及专属导师辅导，获得战略视野与职业发展的直接指引。
4. 评估与正式定岗： 轮岗期满后，通过综合评估，将结合个人意愿、能力特质及公司战略需求，正式定岗于集团内关键职位，开启快速职业发展通道。

任职要求：
1. 教育背景： 2026-2027届应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，985/211双一流院校；
2. 专业要求：生产与制造工业工程、精益与运营管理、数字化与智能制造IE
3. 学业表现： 在校期间成绩优异，综合排名靠前，获得校级以上奖学金者优先。
4. 语言能力： 通过大学英语六级（CET-6），具备优秀的英文读写能力。
5. 核心素质：
-了解IE基础理论：精益生产、5S、六西格玛、工业数字化、工业化IE等；
-熟练使用Office 办公软件，会基础数据整理、表格统计、图标分析；
-逻辑清晰，善于观察现场问题，有良好沟通协调能力与执行力；
-踏实稳重，愿意扎根生产现场，接受制造业车间办公模式；

Our production site in Shanghai, Plansee Shanghai High Performance Materials Co., Ltd., started operations in September 2013. Plansee Shanghai specializes in the production of refractory metals, alloys and composites. Our Shanghai site not only provides products to customers in China, but also through the Plansee global network.
Starting with the concept of a customized component, experienced engineers are able to support the customer.
