Job Description：
1. Support both API and AQF KAM team in daily enquiries.
为 API 及 AQF 大客户团队提供日常咨询与业务支持
2. Collect, verify, and consolidate customer data; output regular KPIs as requested.
按要求完成客户相关 KPI 统计、整理与输出
3. Assist in customer data analysis and main account review prep.
协助完成重点客户的数据复盘与分析工作
4. Support on reports, factory tracking, and information consolidation for different customers.
负责客户报告制作、工厂进度跟踪、信息汇总与整合
5. Support on admin tasks conducted by KAM team.
协助大客户团队完成日常行政事务
6. Support to follow up on claims
协助跟进客户索赔、异常事项处理与进度跟踪
7. Support to validate reports
负责各类报表核对、数据校验与准确性确认
8. Prepare PPT reports, presentation materials and data visualization
独立完成 PPT 制作、汇报材料整理、数据可视化呈现
Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates and interns are preferred; English or French major is a plus.
本科及以上学历，应届生 / 实习生优先；英语、法语专业优先
2. Fluent English (working language);
英语流利，可作为工作语言；
3. Mandatory PPT skills; proficient in making professional PPT for reporting and data analysis.
能熟练使用PPT，做数据展示，成果展示汇报等
4. Data-sensitive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable
具备数据敏感度，做事细致、耐心、责任心强
5. Good communication skills, execution ability and team spirit.
