Job Overview:
We are looking for 2 proactive and detail-oriented summer interns to support our Battery Business Development Manager team in conducting two market research projects related to the lithium-ion battery (LiB) industry. The internship will focus on data collection, sorting and consolidation, as well as auxiliary work for market analysis and report compilation. Specific details of the two projects will be communicated to interns after they take office. This is a valuable opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the lithium battery industry, work with professional team members, and apply academic knowledge to practical business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist the team in collecting, sorting, and consolidating industry-related data from designated authoritative resources and public reports.
? Support the team in conducting the two market research projects, including organizing and collating research data into standardized formats.
? Assist in sorting out industry-related information, including market trends, supplier dynamics and related technical development trends.
? Support the team in consolidating and organizing research-related information to ensure data accuracy and usability.
? Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist in preparing presentation materials related to research work.
? Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team to support the smooth progress of the two research projects.

Requirements:
? Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, majoring in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
? Basic analytical skills, detail-oriented, with strong ability to collect and organize data; proficiency in using Excel (pivot tables, data sorting) is a must.
? Good English reading and writing skills, able to read English industry reports and public documents.
? Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn; able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
? No prior work experience in the industry is required, but enthusiasm for market research and the lithium battery industry is highly preferred.
