Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative vision and the commercial reality of the Shanghai market. You are expected to balance high-level fashion intuition with rigorous data management.

1. Data-Driven Market Intelligence: Monitor and analysis competitor pricing, promotional activities, and product launches across Shanghai’s key retail hubs (e.g., Jing’an, Xintiandi) and digital platforms (Tmall, Little Red Book).

2.Performance Analytics: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sell-through reports. You will transform raw sales data into "Product Performance Deep-Dives," identifying which specific attributes—such as fabric, fit, or colorway—are resonating with the local consumer.

3.Assortment & Trend Synthesis: Support the merchandising managers in "Range Planning" by merging global directives with local trend forecasts. You will provide analytical evidence to support why certain "fashion-forward" pieces should be pushed in the market.

4.Sample & Lifecycle Management: Maintain the precision of the sample library and the Product Information Management (PIM) system. You will ensure that every SKU is accurately reflected for both the digital flagship and physical showrooms.

5.Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure that the products with the highest commercial potential are prioritized in window displays and KOL seeding campaigns.

Requirements

1.Exceptional Analytical Ability: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and data visualization) is non-negotiable. You should have an aptitude for spotting patterns within large datasets.

2.Elevated Fashion Sense: A sophisticated understanding of the fashion landscape, including current aesthetic movements, luxury heritage, and streetwear culture. You must be able to articulate why a product is trending from a design perspective.

3.Strategic Local Insight: Deep familiarity with the digital ecosystem (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Dewu).

4.Bilingual Communication: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate insights between the local Shanghai office and international stakeholders.

5.Academic Foundation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Analytics, Luxury Management, or a related field.

5.跨职能协同:与视觉营销和市场营销团队合作,确保具有高商业潜力的产品在橱窗展示和关键意见领袖推广活动中得到优先展示。
