Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Compensation & Benefits team in daily work, assist with salary and welfare optimization initiatives, collect and consolidate basic workforce data of retail stores.
- Assist Talent-focused HRBP in executing talent-related projects including training program implementation; sort out documents related to recruitment, learning & development and talent pipeline building.
- Perform routine HR administrative tasks: assist with employee onboarding & offboarding procedures, organize and file personnel records, maintain basic updates of HR dashboard data, and support the execution of various HR initiatives.

Requirements:

- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Administration Management or related fields is preferred; prior HR internship experience is a plus.
- Proficient in basic office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; skilled in data compilation and basic data analysis. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills and strong execution ability.
- Keen interest in human resources practice with basic knowledge of core HR modules such as recruitment, C&B and L&D. Possess basic business awareness, quick to adapt to team working rhythm and take initiative at work.
- Available to work 3-5 days per week with stable attendance preferred. Able to work under pressure, eager to learn and actively participate in HR function transformation related supportive tasks. 公司简要介绍：
