Position Scope 职责范围:
Assist the Fashion Merchandising Manager in completing tasks related to the development and execution of apparel and accessories collections, production supervision, and cross departmental collaboration.
协助跟单经理完成服装和配饰系列的开发与执行、生产监督及跨部门协作相关工作。

Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Assist the Fashion Merchandising Manager in coordinating with internal design, production, and quality control teams as well as external suppliers to follow up on order progress and update order status in a timely manner.
协助时尚采购经理经理协调内部设计、生产、质量控制团队及外部供应商跟进订单进度，并及时更新订单状态。
2.Organize and archive relevant documents such as product specifications, order contracts, and production notices to ensure the completeness and accuracy of document data.
整理归档产品规格书、订单合同、生产通知等相关文件，确保文件数据的完整性与准确性。
3.Participate in daily meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of relevant matters.
参与日常会议，记录会议纪要，并跟进相关事项的执行情况。
4.Assist in handling common issues arising during production and shipment, and promptly report abnormal situations to the Merchandising Manager.
协助处理生产及出货过程中出现的常见问题，并及时向跟单经理报告异常情况。
5. Complete other related tasks assigned by the Fashion Merchandising Manager.
完成时尚采购经理交办的其他相关工作。

Qualifications 任职资格:
1.Currently enrolled undergraduate students majoring in international trade, apparel design, textile engineering, or related fields are preferred.
在读本科生，主修国际贸易、服装设计、纺织工程或相关专业者优先。
2.Basic spoken English, with the ability to read and process English business documents fluently.
英语口语基本可沟通，能够流利阅读并处理英文商务文件。
3.Familiar with basic Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
熟悉Word、Excel、PowerPoint等基础办公软件。
4.Meticulous, patient, and equipped with strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and awareness of teamwork.
细心耐心，具备较强的沟通能力、责任心及团队合作意识。
5.The minimum internship period is 4 months
实习期至少4个月
