岗位职责：

1. 跨平台深度管理客户账号，包括搜索引擎及社交媒体账号；
2. 对广告投放账号进行调整和延展，提升媒体效果；
3. 广告效果的总结与分析。通过统计每日的消费、流量，并调整出价以优化广告策略；
4. 根据客户的需求，提出科学合理的效果分析，定期为客户制定报告并能够识别和处理异常数据；
5. 与搜索引擎及社交媒体合作伙伴沟通协作。

你需要具备：
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销及广告等相关专业者优先；
2. 对于广告和数字营销怀抱热情；
3. 具有较强的学习能力和数据分析能力，对数据变化敏捷度高；
4. 具有良好的心理素质及高度的工作责任感和强烈的客户服务意识；
5. 熟悉PPT、Excel等办公软件；
6. 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力者优先。
