3.Daily bookkeeping and Finance report/Other reports per requested by both internal and external side in timely manner.
及时处理日常帐务、内部与外部要求完成的财务报表及其他报表。
4.Follow up financial documentation filing matters.
跟进处理财务资料归档事宜。
5.Coordinate with the colleagues & external contacts to get the accounting matters run properly under the work frame given.
在日常工作中，根据既有的财务工作框架，与同事、外部人员协调沟通，正确落实财务相关事宜。
6.Assist Manager on NWP daily Adm. related field work.
协助经理处理NWP相关日常行政事务。
7.When actual needed or enter position shift, play as work deputy role to other finance position.
在实际情况需要或实行岗位轮调时，执行其他财务岗位的工作代理职责。
8.Other duties /tasks relate to financial&Adm section assigned by direct supervisor.
9.其他直接上级领导分配的财务&行政相关职责。
任职资格和能力：
1) College or above educational background
大专及以上教育背景
2) 1-2 years working experience in finance field, Internship or Fresh graduate is considerable if personal skill is Excellent
1-2年财务工作经验，个人能力优秀者，2026年度实习生或者应届生可考虑
3) ERP system; GL and AR/AP relative daily experience is preferred
具ERP系统、总账、应收应付相关工作经验者优先
4) Initial English communication skills (Simple reading and written) is preferred
具有基本的英语沟通能力（简单读、写）者优先
5) Comprehensive experience of foreign banks contact has the priority
