Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings and promoting vacancies through the company website, recruitment platforms, and social media channels
Conduct initial resume screening and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers
Participate in phone screenings to understand candidate interest and confirm basic information
Maintain recruitment data and update candidate status in a timely and accurate manner
