Responsibility:
1. Follow the arrangements of superior, conscientiously complete basic and daily work with quality and quantity on time.
2. Assist in file archiving, data statistics, information verification, meeting minutes, and document printing and copying etc.
3. Assist in cross function communication to ensure smooth work connection, document transmission and information synchronization.
4. Follow up the specific project, and timely report project progress, problems and abnormal situations.

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficiency in both English and Chinese
3. Fast learner, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
