--- Overall Responsibilities
- System Data entry: follow the checklist of factory profiles and audit reports submission in INSP RSC platforms; enter basic information (factory name, report number, date) into compliance spreadsheets; assist in preparing simple checklists based on existing templates.
- Document Filing & Tracking: Organize and rename test reports, certificates, and supplier letters in shared folders; update simple Excel trackers (e.g., report due dates, document status); help maintain a log of customer complaints and regulatory files (USA MoCRA, Canada CNF).
- Follow?up Support: Send pre?written email reminders to suppliers (using templates provided by the Compliance Manager); forward supplier replies to the manager for review.
- Project Assistance: Take meeting minutes during internal or supplier training calls; compile frequently asked questions (FAQ) into a Word document; help organize the required Letters of Guarantee (LOG) by checking that each document is named correctly.
- Administrative Support: Copy and paste information from one system to another (e.g., from email to Excel); support the Compliance Team with ad?hoc document processing.

- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (preferred majors: Chemistry, Law, International Trade, Supply Chain Management).
- Microsoft Excel (basic functions: sorting, filtering, typing) – you will receive a simple template.
- Shared folders (e.g., OneDrive or SharePoint) – you will be shown how to move files.
- Email (Outlook or similar) – for sending template-based reminders.

- Very comfortable with Microsoft Excel (able to type, sort, filter, and use basic formulas like SUM).
- Good attention to detail – can spot missing dates or mismatched numbers.
- Basic written English (able to read a file name and copy it correctly).
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently after initial training.
