Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student or recent graduate with foundational knowledge in accounting and auditing to join our Finance Compliance team.

This internship focuses on supporting SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and internal control testing, offering excellent exposure to US public company compliance requirements and audit practices.
本次实***要协助萨班斯法案合规及内控测试工作，可充分接触美股上市公司合规要求与审计实务。

Key Responsibilities
主要工作职责

Assist in SOX control testing for assigned accounts, including sample selection and review of supporting documentation
协助开展指定科目的萨班斯内控测试，负责样本选取及佐证文件审核。

Examine supporting evidence for selected samples (e.g., reconciliations, journal entries, and other key control documents) to assess completeness and compliance
核查所选样本的佐证材料，如调节表、会计分录及核心管控文件，评估资料完整性与合规性。

Perform basic validation procedures under guidance, such as tie-out, recalculation, and consistency checks
在指导下完成基础核验工作，包括数据核对、重新计算、一致性检查。

Document testing results clearly and maintain organized working papers
清晰记录测试结果，规整整理工作底稿。

Track testing progress and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation with relevant stakeholders
跟进测试进度，向相关对接人员催促补齐缺失、不完善的资料。

Support the preparation and organization of audit documentation for internal and external reviews
协助整理归集内审、外审所需审计资料。

Assist with other ad hoc tasks related to SOX compliance and internal control testing as needed
按需协助处理萨班斯合规、内控测试相关临时工作。

Qualifications
任职要求

Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field
会计、财务、审计及相关专业在读本科或研究生。

Basic understanding of internal controls, risk compliance, or audit work; relevant internship experience is a plus
掌握内控、风险合规、审计基础认知，有相关实习经验者优先。

Strong attention to detail and excellent document organization and verification skills
工作严谨细心，具备出色的文件整理与核查能力。

Ability to read and organize English supporting documents
能够阅读并整理英文佐证资料。

Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, data filtering) and Word
熟练使用Excel（查找函数、数据筛选等）及Word办公软件。

Available to work at least 3 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months
每周可出勤不少于3天，实习时长至少3个月。
