Tasks:
- 在相关职能的支持下，归纳整理现有需求分析及销售预测的工具，流程及痛点。With support from related functions, collect current status regarding tools of delivery and demand forecast, process and pain points.
- 旨在基于现有数据及希望达到的目标(基于客户/项目的需求分析及后续预测)，进行对应AI方案的研究及制定。In order to realize the targets(analysis based on customer and project, demand forecast), propose related AI solution.
- 在IT的支持下负责对应AI方案的开发及落地。With support of IT, develop the AI solution.
- 统一接受IT培训后，教员工如何在Chatbot上培养自己的AI assistant/智能体。Support employees to build AI assistant based on Schaeffler Chatbot.
- 和团队一起探索建立流程智能闭环，挖掘更多系统提效的Together with team to identify more use cases and intelligent process loop.
Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历。Bacheler’s degree or above.
- 软件及人工智能相关专业，对使用AI坚决实际问题有很强的兴趣。Software or AI related major. Interested in solving actual business pain points by AI solutions.
- 了解数据管理，统计，编程，有相关项目经验的优先。Knowledge of data management, statistics, programming, software background would be a plus.
- 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
