岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. Organize mold drawings and archive and maintain technical documentation;
负责模具图纸整理、技术文档归档及维护；
2. Participate in the conceptual design of molds for new projects, performing preliminary structural calculations and feasibility analyses;
参与新项目模具概念设计，进行初步结构计算与可行性分析；
3. Assist engineers in optimizing and modifying mold design proposals;
协助工程师完成模具设计方案优化与修改；
4. Liaise with production and quality control departments to follow up on mold trials, acceptance inspections, and issue tracking;
对接生产及质量部门，跟进模具试模、验收及问题记录；
5. Use CAD/CAE software to perform basic modeling and simulation analysis;运用CAD/CAE
软件进行基础建模与模拟分析；
6. Complete other technical document organization and data compilation tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他技术文件整理与数据汇总。

任职要求 Qualifications
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time program in mechanical design, mold design, materials forming, or a related field; 全日制本科及以上，机械设计、模具设计、材料成型等相关专业；应届毕业生可接受；
61 Ability to adapt to on-site mold debugging and perform necessary physical tasks;能够适应现场模具调试及必要的体力操作；
61 Proficiency in at least one CAD software program, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or UG;熟悉AutoCAD、SolidWorks或UG中的至少一种CAD软件；
61 Understanding of the basic structure and principles of injection molds or rubber seal molds;了解注塑模具或橡胶密封件模具的基本结构与原理；
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）；
61 CET-4 or higher; able to read technical documentation in English; candidates with spoken English communication skills will be given priority;英语四级（CET-4）及以上，能阅读英文技术资料；具备英文口语沟通能力者优先；
