Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Financial & Asset Management: Responsible for expense reimbursement and asset management for the Dean's Office, ensuring fund utilization complies with higher-level regulations. Coordinate asset inventory tasks to guarantee the smooth administrative operation of the SME.
2. Document Drafting & Processing: Draft various official documents (both Chinese and English) for the Dean’s Office. Handle the registration, preliminary review, circulation, follow-up, and archiving of incoming documents from higher authorities, ensuring timely communication of directives to relevant leaders and departments, and tracking their implementation.
3. General Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative operations within the Dean’s Office, providing robust support to ensure the school’s efficient functioning.
4. Other Duties: Efficiently complete any other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 1–3 years of experience; background in universities, public institutions, or MNCs preferred.
3. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin; proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced).
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
5. Ability to work under pressure, remain flexible, and support the implementation of policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作职责:
1. 财务与资产管理:负责院办费用报销、资产盘点及资产管理工作,确保经费使用符合上级单位制度,保证学院行政运转。
2. 公文写作与处理:负责起草院办各类中、英文文件,负责上级单位来文的登记、拟办、传阅、催办及归档,确保文件精神及时传达至相关领导及部门,并跟踪落实情况。
3. 综合行政支持:协助处理院办日常行政事务,为学院运转提供有力保障。
4. 其他工作执行:高效完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 具备1-3年工作经验,具有高校、事业单位或外企行政岗位背景优先。
3. 优秀的中英文读写及口语能力,熟练掌握微软办公软件(中高级)。
4. 具备良好沟通能力,能在英文环境中工作。
5. 能在压力下保持灵活性,并支持学院政策与流程的实施。
