HR Project Support
- Support HR-related projects, including but not limited to Early Career Programs (campus hiring, internship & graduate programs) and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Assist in end-to-end coordination of early talent programs (candidate pipeline, interview scheduling, event execution, data tracking).
- Support employer branding activities, including social media content (LinkedIn, WeChat) and internal culture initiatives.
- Support employer branding award applications (global & regional), including content preparation and coordination.
- Assist in local communication and promotion of global SharkNinja employer branding awards.
- Create engaging content including short videos, posters, and digital materials for both internal and external communication.
- Use AI tools to support content generation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Support HR data tracking and build basic insights using AI or data tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Marketing, Media, Business or related fields.
- Strong interest in HR programs, employer branding, and content creation.
- Strong English communication skills.
- REQUIRED: ability to create short-form videos (e.g., CapCut) and basic video storytelling.
- REQUIRED: ability to use design tools for image/poster creation (e.g., Canva or similar).
- REQUIRED: familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, AI video/image tools) for content creation and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong ownership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 公司简要介绍：
