我们正在寻找一位积极主动、注重细节的业务跟单实习生，以协助上海办公室的业务团队。本实习岗位面向纺织工程、时尚买手、时装设计、服装设计、纺织设计、国际贸易或相关专业的本科院校在读学生或应届毕业生。

实习生将获得服装采购、订单跟进、样品管理、审批流程、定价协调、版型与剪裁确认以及供应商开发等方面的实践经验。该职位将让您在国际采购办公室中全面接触产品开发及生产跟进的全流程。

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to support our Shanghai office merchandising team. This internship is designed for university students or recent graduates from relevant departments such as Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, International Trade, or related fields.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in garment sourcing, order follow-up, sample management, approval processes, pricing coordination, fit and pattern approval, and supplier development. The role will provide practical exposure to the full product development and production follow-up process in an international sourcing office.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the merchandising team in daily order follow-up activities.
2. Assist in tracking production status, delivery timelines, and supplier communication.
3. Help coordinate sample management, including sample requests, receiving, tracking, and dispatching.
4. Support approval processes related to fabric, trims, lab dips, strike-offs, print, embroidery, washing, and packaging.
5. Assist in fit sample follow-up and help coordinate comments between suppliers, merchandisers, and relevant teams.
6. Support fit and pattern approval processes by following sample status and updating related files.
7. Help prepare and maintain order, sample, and approval tracking reports.
8. Assist the team in collecting pricing information and supporting basic price comparison studies.
9. Support supplier development activities by helping collect supplier data, performance information, and capability details.
10. Communicate with suppliers under the guidance of merchandisers.
11. Maintain accurate records and ensure all follow-up files are updated regularly.
12. Support ad-hoc tasks related to merchandising, sourcing, product development, and production coordination.
Requirements
1. University student or recent graduate from Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, International Trade, Business, or related departments.
2. Strong interest in garment merchandising, sourcing, fashion retail, and product development.
3. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
4. Chinese language skills are preferred.
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
6. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
8. Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural office environment.
9. Basic knowledge of garment production, fabrics, patterns, or apparel construction is a plus.
10. Positive attitude and willingness to support different stages of the merchandising process.
