Your Role
Drive Global Innovation activation projects within WB&SDA, enhancing Consumers ’ value and profitable growth .
He or she contributes to effective project execution & delivery on time, on spec., on cost, on CAPEX, on quality,
and speed-to-market .

A Typical Day

? Project management including project time plan and manage project budget
? Work closely with all Functions represented in the team to secure good quality and in time deliverable s
? Close cooperation with Category team on project scope, product requirements
? Close collaboration with product Suppliers to secure effective deliverables from their side
? Some business travel s are required
? Conso lidate project reporting material (incl. Check point, project review) and report to steering committee
and Stakeholders rep resenting project team.
? Deliver potential special assignment activities from line manager

Who You Are

? Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering , Finance or Marketing or other relevant disciplines
? 0-1 years’ experience in project management is preferred
? Experience in product development and previous project management is a plus
? Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across
functions
? English knowledge is mandatory

【工作内容】
1、统筹家居产品全生命周期管理，主导从需求分析到上市推广的项目规划与执行；
2、协调研发、供应链及营销团队资源，确保产品设计、开模及量产进度符合节点要求；
3、负责项目成本预算控制与质量风险管理，解决跨部门协作中的技术或流程瓶颈；
4、跟进市场竞品动态与用户反馈，优化产品功能定义并推动迭代升级策略落地。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，工业设计、机械工程或管理类相关专业，具备3年以上家电家具行业经验；
2、精通项目管理方法论（PMP/Agile），熟悉家居产品从设计到量产的完整供应链流程；
3、具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与数据分析能力，能独立输出高质量项目报告；
4、结果导向，抗压能力强，具备良好的商业敏感度及团队协作精神，适应快节奏工作。 公司简要介绍：
