该岗位为实习岗位，工作内容将辅助正式员工日常工作，涵盖以下模块：

1. 访客接待与企业形象管理

负责中英双语访客接待，包括国际客户、合作伙伴及政府人员的预约登记与引导
维护大堂环境及公司（含制药设备模型/展柜）的整洁与规范
处理初步商务咨询，精准转接至相关部门（技术/销售/售后等）

2. 国际通讯与文书支持

接听多语言商务来电（中/英），记录并分类转达重要信息
收发国际快递及商务信函，完成基础翻译协助
支持总经办完成会议纪要整理等行政工作

3. 会议与差旅协调

管理高管会议室日程（含跨国时区会议安排）
协助预订国内外差旅（航线/酒店）
会议物资准备

4. 安全与合规管理

监督访客进出权限（特别管控研发/生产区域访问）
定期检查急救箱、消防设备等安全设施（符合GMP环境要求）
协助执行保密协议签署（针对设备技术参观人员）

5. 部门协作与文化桥梁

协助中外团队间的日常沟通协调
策划公司BBQ,烧烤，公司团建等文化活动（融入德国企业文化元素）
收集员工行政需求并推动改进

1. Visitor Reception & Corporate Image Management

Provide bilingual reception services (English/Chinese) for international clients, partners, and government officials
Maintain lobby area and company public areas (including pharmaceutical equipment models/displays)
Handle initial business inquiries and route them to appropriate departments (Technical/Sales/After-sales)

2. International Communications & Documentation Support

Answer multilingual business calls (Chinese/English) and relay critical messages
Process international Express/Posts and business correspondence (including import/export documentation) with basic translation assistance
Support GMO with administrative tasks (meeting minutes, information collection, etc.)

3. Meeting & Travel Coordination

Manage executive meeting schedules (including cross-time-zone meetings)
Assist with travel arrangements(hotel, flights, train, etc.)
Prepare meeting materials

4. Security & Compliance Management

Monitor visitor access (especially to R&D/production areas)
Regularly inspect safety equipment (***-aid kits, fire extinguishers per GMP requirements)
Assist with NDA execution for technical visitors

5. Departmental Coordination & Cultural Liaison

Facilitate daily communication between Chinese and International teams
Organize corporate activities (Family BBQ, Family Day, Company Teambuilding, etc.)
Collect employee administrative needs and drive improvements

Fette covers all products in tableting technology, from tablet presses to peripherals and tableting tools.
