【工作内容】
1、协助考勤管理，维护人力资源系统数据的准确性与及时性；
2、协助培训工作、员工活动、员工商业保险；
3、处理日常行政事务，包括员工签证办理、物品领用及发放、办公室座位图更新、节日布置等；
4、协助数据统计工作；
5、领导交代的其他事项。

【任职要求】
1、在校本科生或研究生，专业不限，人力资源管理、行政管理或相关专业优先，每周出勤不少于4天，实习期3个月以上；
2、熟悉Office办公软件操作；
3、性格外向开朗，具备优秀的沟通协调能力和服务意识；
4、工作细致严谨，责任心强，具有良好的保密意识和团队协作精神；
